I am an EMDR Certified Therapist (Bilingual) and Consultant in Training, offering Individual and Group EMDR Therapy Consultation via Zoom video conferencing. As a Consultant in Training, I can provide up to 15 of the 20 hours required for certification.

We will explore strategies and resourcing techniques for addressing dissociation symptoms in Phase 2 and and readiness before reprocessing and when to refer out. We will also discuss how to effectively utilize interweaves and resourcing in Phase 4 to address blocking beliefs, along with strategies and adaptations to provide the necessary support. We will also cover the types of resourcing a client may need throughout treatment based on their internal and external resources. We will also go over the types of BLS and speeds necessary for clients needs and in each phase of treatment. We will go over how to do EMD and EMDr when restricting is necessary. For Complex Trauma, going Slow if Fast so attention will be given to this very unique topic in order to proceed safely. *Please note, this consultation will not be designed to treat OSDD & DID since this is a very specialized niche that requires specialized Education & Training. Attendees needing support with this population will be referred to experts in the field to learn about Assessment and Treatment options.

• Attachment Needs & Repair: Discover strategies to nurture the inner child ("little me") and foster self-compassion, empathy, and understanding. We'll use the Loving Eyes exercise and time orientation techniques as part of resourcing.

• Overcoming Obstacles: Learn how to identify and resolve Blocking Beliefs that impede progress during processing as well as how to restrict reprocessing when needed. 

• Effective Interweaves: Master techniques to help clients overcome stuck points and continue making progress in their healing journey.

• Mastering BLS: Perfect your proficiency in Bilateral Stimulation (BLS) techniques, both virtually and in-person, to enhance client outcomes. We will also be covering ways notice when a client is under accessing or over accessing.

Who Is This Consultation For?​ This service is perfect for you if:

• You’ve completed basic EMDR training and want to refresh your skills or begin the certification process.

• You need EMDR consultation hours to fulfill the requirements of your basic training.

• You’re newly EMDR trained and seeking consultation to enhance your skills and integrate advanced approaches.

• You need to complete EMDR consultation hours for certification: Start with me for the first 15 hours, and finish the remaining 5 hours with a consultant of your choice. This is a great opportunity to integrate other specialties or modalities into your EMDR work.

• You’re seeking support for complex trauma and need guidance to move forward with EMDR techniques.

Consultation Offerings & Prices:

​​​

• Individual Sessions: $200.00 per :50 min session (Tuesdays or Thursdays) — We would find a time that works for both of our schedules.

• Group Sessions are 2 hours long: $75.00 per hour totaling $150.00. Minimum & Max 4 attendees.

Monthly EMDR Consultation Groups (Starting the First Week of May for 5 months)

​

Join my 5-week EMDR Consultation Group, totaling 10 group hours toward your 20-hour EMDR certification requirement. The remaining 10 hours can be obtained through individual consultation. As a Consultant-in-Training, I can offer up to 15 hours of consultation—which includes 10 hours of group sessions and 5 hours of individual consultation. Upon completing these hours, I will provide a letter for certification. The remaining 5 hours must be completed with another EMDRIA-approved consultant of your choice, in accordance with EMDRIA certification requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians, particularly those interested in learning from other experienced therapists who specialize in diverse modalities and treatment approaches. For full details and to ensure this program aligns with your needs, please verify the information on the EMDRIA website: www.emdria.org.

I’m excited to offer group sessions to help foster connection and support among fellow EMDR practitioners. 2 options for the 5 week group consultation: We can follow Francine Shapiro original model with special focus on Complex PTSD and Attachment or we can follow Precision EMDR Academy curriculum for (Decoding Complex Developmental Trauma using EMDR Therapy part 1 & 2).

• Tuesdays (PST): 2 hours, $75 per hour
  Available times: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
  Group time will depend on attendee preferences and availability. Minimum and maximum of 4 attendees.

• Thursdays (PST): 2 hours, $75 per hour. Available times: 11:00 am - 1:00 pm or 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm.
  Group time will depend on attendee preferences and availability. Minimum and maximum of 4 attendees.
